What is your security & privacy policy?
We are dedicated to protecting your security and privacy when you order goods on our website.

All transactions will be conducted through PayPal, a safer way to send money online. aRa Jewels will not be informed about your financial information as PayPal doesn’t expose or sell your financial information to merchants.

Your sensitive financial information will be securely stored on PayPal servers. All sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal servers is automatically encrypted. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Your financial information is stored on PayPal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

We value your security and privacy greatly and as such, always adhere to our protection policies in place. Your mind will always be at ease when ordering our goods online.

What is your policy on children’s online privacy?
We do not knowingly gather any information from children under 16 years of age. We request that children under 16 years of age do not submit information to us without first obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian.

SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship your jewellery to?
Generally, we can ship our jewellery items to all countries. There may be exceptions on shipping locations which are dependent on the individual countries with unique customs laws and regulations.

How much is shipping, handling & insurance?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping, handling & insurance on all purchases. All prices of jewellery are inclusive of shipping, handling & insurance. This is a one time complimentary offer from us on initial purchases.

Some countries have unique custom laws and regulations over and above the usual delivery policies and charges. Please note that any additional customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient.

Subsequent returns, exchanges and repairs which involve further shipping, handling & insurance charges will be borne by you.

How do you deliver orders?
We use the most secure and reliable couriers such as FedEx. We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your jewellery is fully insured until it is securely in your hands. Signatures are required by couriers such as FedEx upon receipt for tracking and recording purposes, so please ensure you are available to sign for your order.

What is your order processing & shipping time?
Depending on the type of jewellery and quantity of jewellery you order, we will assess the time taken to process the order and email you the order time.

If the item is in stock, most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 14 business days.

You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock. For items out of stock, it will typically take between 30-35 business days for the order to be processed.

For personalised jewellery orders as well as items such as rings and bangles that require non-standard sizes, it will take 6-8 weeks on average for the processing the items.

All ready items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Do you accommodate special requests?
If you require special arrangements for the delivery of your items such as surprises, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please email us and we will try to fulfil your request if it is within reasonable shipping policy.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I shop on aRaJewels.com?
First, you choose the products that you wish to purchase in the shopping cart & press the “add to cart” button.

Secondly, fill in all your billing & shipping details. Then proceed to confirm and make payment via PayPal secure pages. To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email from PayPal confirming your transaction.

You will also receive a confirmation email from aRa Jewels about your purchase with order processing and shipping details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We use the payment system through PayPal. The PayPal method of payment accepts all major Credit Cards as well as payment through PayPal accounts.

Why do you need to collect personal information?
When we request personal information such as your name, address and contact details, it allows us to provide a personal and customised online shopping experience for you.

The information will enable us to ship orders to the correct address, contact customers regarding the status of their orders and allows customers to check the status of their orders and shipments.

The information is also helpful when you make subsequent visits to aRaJewels.com.

Are the prices on your website current with the latest gold price?
All prices shown are current and as per the current gold price. When the gold price fluctuates, we will update our prices on the website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return policy?
We accept returns provided the returns are done within 7 days from the day you receive your order. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. This restocking fee does not apply if you exchange the item.

For personalised jewellery orders as well as special-sized ring, bangle or bracelet orders, no returns or exchange will be accepted as these would have been custom-made to your specification.

We cannot issue full refunds without charging the restocking fee because the credit card usage fees are not refundable and there are other costs involved which we incur. If you require a refund on your credit card, we will issue it after deducting the restocking fee.

A refund will only be given after aRa Jewels validates that the returned merchandise is indeed aRa Jewels merchandise and is in its original condition with no wear or tear. Customers desiring a refund are required to provide original packing, original receipts and original certifications if provided with purchase.

What is your exchange policy?
You may return your item for another item with an even or higher exchange value, within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You will need to pay for the difference via PayPal. You will need to bear the shipping, handling & insurance charges for the exchange item to and from your country. The item has to be returned in the original condition.

How do I return and exchange the item I bought?
If you wish to return or exchange your item, you can email us at info@arajewels.com  to inform us of the return or exchange and we will advise you about the return or exchange procedure.

How do I send the jewellery back?
We advise that all returns or exchanges are shipped via FedEx. These should be insured in the amount of the original purchase plus shipping and handling charges. If the item value is more than US$500, please appoint an insurer for the item as FedEx will not insure packages in excess of US$500.

A refund or exchange will be allowed after aRa Jewels validates that the returned merchandise is indeed aRa Jewels merchandise and is in its original condition with no wear or tear. Customers desiring a refund are required to provide original packing, original
receipts and original certifications if provided with purchase.

REPAIR POLICY
What is your repair policy?
We offer a 60-day guarantee for repairs for our jewellery items from the day you receive the order.

When we receive the item that requires repair, we will evaluate the piece to determine the proper course of action. Items which are deemed to have been modified or tampered with will not be covered under our 60-day free repair guarantee.

After the 60-day period, we will still be happy to repair your item. We will inspect the item for repair and advise you on the cost. You must agree to the repair cost before we repair the item in hand.

Please note that you will have to bear the shipping, handling and insurance charges for the repair item to and from your country, regardless of the guarantee period.

We advise that all returns are shipped via FedEx and are insured in the amount of the original purchase plus shipping and handling charges. If the item value is more than US$500, please appoint an insurer for the item as FedEx will not insure packages in excess of US$500.

Do you send a guarantee card?
No, we do not send a guarantee card with your purchase. The guarantee is for 60 days and will be noted from the day you receive the order.

Do you send a certificate of authenticity?
When you make a purchase on our website, your order will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity. We guarantee the quality of our jewellery and certify each purchase for its authenticity and value. We will certify that your jewellery purchase is made from real gold, genuine diamonds and/or gemstones according to the item purchased.

RING, BANGLE & BRACELET SIZES
What sizes are the rings, bangles and bracelets available in?
All sizes are available for rings, bangles and bracelets, whether it is a standard size or a special size that need to be custom-made for you.

How do I specify the ring size?
When you have placed the order and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will also ask you for your ring size. You just have to reply to this confirmation email and let us know your ring size.

How do I measure the ring size?
If you own a ring whose size fits you perfectly, all you have to do is to bring this ring to your nearest local jeweller and check its size. The jeweller will measure your ring on a ring measurement tool and inform you of the ring size as a number.

Do not measure the diameter of the ring and provide this measurement as your ring size. This method is highly inaccurate and will definitely result in a wrong size order.

If you do not have a ring that fits you properly, you can also ask your nearest local jeweller to help measure your ring size on your desired finger. They will measure this with a measuring tool that looks like a bunch of plastic or metal rings of various sizes. Once you are sure of the best fit, ask for the size number.

How do I specify the bangle size?
When you have placed the order and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will also ask you for your bangle size. You just have to reply to this confirmation email and let us know your bangle size.

How do I measure the bangle size?
If you own a bangle whose size fits you perfectly, just take that bangle to your nearest local jeweller and check its size. If you do not own a bangle, please go to your nearest local jeweller and have a sizing done for your bangle size.
